- Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to UAE tourism regulations, our cancellation policy, and any fees imposed by third-party providers.
2. Travel Insurance
We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance for coverage against unforeseen events. Karnish Tourism is not liable for trip cancellations, delays, or other issues outside our control. UAE residents are encouraged to obtain insurance from UAE-regulated providers.
3. Travel Documents
You are responsible for having all necessary documentation, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, as per UAE immigration and customs regulations. Karnish Tourism is not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate documentation.
4. Liability and Limitations
- Third-Party Services: Karnish Tourism operates as an intermediary for third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels) and is not responsible for their actions.
- Limit of Liability: To the extent permitted by UAE law, Karnish Tourism disclaims liability for personal injury, property damage, or losses related to your travel experience.
- COVID-19 Precautions: Due to UAE health and safety regulations, travelers must comply with all COVID-19 requirements at their destination. Failure to comply may result in termination of services.
5. Code of Conduct
Travelers must respect the laws, customs, and cultural practices of the UAE and other destinations. Misconduct, including non-compliance with local customs, may result in service termination without a refund.
6. Changes to Terms
Karnish Tourism reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in compliance with UAE laws. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
