- Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
- No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
- An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
- On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.

- Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.

- We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
- No refund for partly utilized services.
- Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or cancelled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
- If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

Today, you will tour Downtown Dubai’s exceptional sights. Your Burj Khalifa admission ticket allows access to its observation deck on the 124th level. Enjoy shopping and dining at the Dubai Mall, and absorb the magnificence of the dancing fountain on Burj Lake outside the mall.
Today’s main highlights are a half-day Dubai city tour and a desert safari. The guided city tour encompasses all of Dubai’s legendary and lesser-known attractions, including Atlantis, The Palm, Burj Al Arab, Al Bastakiya Quarter, etc., while the evening desert safari journeys you to the city’s isolated part, with activities like dune bashing, camel riding, BBQ dining, traditional shows, henna tattooing, and Shisha smoking.
Experience the ultimate winter magic and excitement as you head to Ski Dubai within the Mall of the Emirates. This snow wonderland lets you ski, snowboard, and even enjoy unique rides, games, etc. Conclude your day with a dhow cruise at Dubai Marina. This evening cruise lasts about two hours, gliding you across fantastic city skyline sights and serving a buffet dinner and entertainment onboard.

Payment Terms
- Total amount of the hotel cost is required at the time of booking.
- The balance payment must be made 21 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released.
- Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents.
- You will receive the Booking Confirmation email within 24 hours of the payment made.
- Hotel / Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 48 hours prior to departure.
- Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, Vaccination certificate, PCR test, travel insurance and other related documents.
