- Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
- No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
- An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
- On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.

- We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
- No refund for partly utilized services.
- Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or cancelled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
- If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

Today, tour all the major Dubai attractions on a guided excursion. Survey the classic structures that dot the Al Bastakiya Quarter, visit the Jumeirah Mosque, and make photo stops at Atlantis, The Palm, Dubai Marina, and Burj Al Arab. As this half-day tour lasting about four hours ends, you will next visit the iconic Dubai Frame, reflecting a giant picture-frame-like structure. Wander its three segments: the past gallery, sky deck (with a glass bridge and perspective offering views of old and new Dubai), and future gallery.

Payment Terms
- Total amount of the hotel cost is required at the time of booking.
- The balance payment must be made 21 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released.

- You will receive the Booking Confirmation email within 24 hours of the payment made.
