INFANT & MINOR POLICY
All Guests must be more than 6 months old on the day of sailing in order to sail. Infants (below 2 years old) must be accompanied by at least 2 Guests each of at least 18 years of age and will be charged at a rate for infants. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied in the same or connecting cabin by a Guest of at least 18 years of age.
PREGNANCY POLICY
Resorts World Cruises will not accept Guests who have entered their 24th week of pregnancy at the commencement of, or at any time during their cruise vacation. All expectant Guests are required to present a physician’s statement verifying her gestational status in accordance with the Passage Contract and certifying her fitness to travel (even if the Guest is less than 24 weeks pregnant upon disembarkation) to the check‐in staff prior to embarkation.

CRUISE CANCELLATION
The Cruise Cancellation Policy applies only to the Guest’s requested changes to the cruises that are deemed to be a form of cancellation. Cancellation charges will be payable by the Guest according to the table below which may be updated by Resorts World Cruises from time to time.
Notwithstanding the above, a cancellation fee of 100% of full cabin fare per Guest will be imposed for non‐refundable promotion fares and sailings classified as “peak sailings
