Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
All visa approvals or rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
We act as facilitators for making travel arrangements and are not responsible for the granting or rejection of customer entry into any country. The sole decision rests with the concerned Embassy or Airline. We cannot be held liable for the same.
As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines.
Cancellations due to any natural calamity or a pandemic leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.
You will receive the Booking Confirmation with flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.
Hotel confirmation, Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure
Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, travel insurance and other related documents.
You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Topkapi Palace closed on Tuesdays / Grand Bazaar closed on Sundays / Blue Mosque outside visit on Fridays
In case of pick-up, vehicles cannot reach the front of the hotel you’ll have to walk some distance.
For your arrival flights driver is only able to wait for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
This time is 15 minutes for your departure flights.
After this time ends driver will leave the location without picking you up and transfer will be no-show which means it’s not going to be refunded.
In case of missed flights due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic jams, car accidents, natural disasters, etc.) during the transfer, the fee you paid for the ticket is not going to be covered by our agency.
In any case for the taxis hired without our information are not going to be refunded or covered.
Luggage is only allowed for 1 midi-sized baggage and 1 handbag or backpack which is able to carry on your seat. There will be extra charge for baggage which are exceed number of person.
Please Note Hotels may charge additional mandatory fees payable by the guest directly at the property, including but not exclusively: resort fee, facility fee, city tax, fee for the stay of foreign citizens.
The guest can be also asked to provide a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee of payment for additional services such as: mini-bar, pay-tv, etc. Agency is not responsible for the quality of services provided by the hotel.

Day 01 :

Istanbul Arrival

Arrive Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gokcen Airport

Meet with your welcoming guide at the outside with ''WELCOME TO TURKEY'' sign (In Istanbul airport at 14th gate, in Sabiha Gokcen Airport at 10th column).

After your name check is done, he / she lead you till your transfer vehicle.

Meet with your driver and private transfer to hotel. (Approximately 1hrs 30 mins distance, depends on traffic)

Proceed to hotel & check in (International check-in time 14:00)

Day 02 :

Princess Island Tour

You'll be picked up from your hotel by your guide and driver then start your tour.

Places to be visited:

PRINCES' ISLANDS, BUYUKADA, KINALI ADA & BURGAZADA

Lunch will be served on board.

You'll have free time in Buyukada so there will be a lot of optional activities to do.

After your tour ends you'll be transferred back to your hotel.

The Princes' Islands

It is an archipelago in the northeastern part of the Marmara Sea, off the southern coast of the Anatolian side of Istanbul. It consists of 9 islands, large and small, and two rocks close to the shore.

Buyukada (Big Island)

Büyükada is the largest of the islands off the coast of Istanbul, also known as the Prince Islands. Its ancient Greek name is Prinkipos. Prinkipos means "Prince" in Greek.

Kinali Ada

Kinaliada is the closest island to Istanbul among the inhabited ones of the island community known as the Prince Islands in the Marmara Sea.

Burgazada

Burgazada or Antigoni is the third in size of the Prince Islands in Istanbul and a neighbourhood of the district of Adalar. It is round in shape and about 2 kilometres wide

Optional activities

You'll have the option to engage in various activities on the island.

Day 03 :

Bosphorus Dinner Cruise

You'll be picked up from your hotel and then transferred to the port.

After you reach the port you'll sail to the Marmara Sea. There will be entertainment shows on the boat.

Shows:

SWORD DANCE, TURKISH GYPSY DANCE, BELLY DANCE SHOW, WHIRLING DERVISH SHOW, DJ PERFORMANCE.

Dinner will be served on the board.

After your experience ends you'll be transferred to your hotel from the port.

You'll sail to the Marmara Sea. With a spectacular view of the Bosporus Bridge which is a connection between the Asia and European sides of Istanbul.

While you are enjoying the view your dinner will be served by a Professional team and entertainment going to start.

SWORD DANCE: A dance that is performed with swords and as a swordfight.

TURKISH GYPSY DANCE: Traditional Turkish dance that belongs to gypsy culture.

BELLY DANCE SHOWS: Fascinating dance that is performed by professional belly dancers.

WHIRLING DERVISH SHOW: A 700-year-old ritual that is ritualized by Dervishes. A Sufi dance, steered by rhythmic breathing and chants of “Allah” as they seek to become one with God.

DJ PERFORMANCE: A DJ show that is performed by an International DJ. You can join by dancing or you can just listen.

Day 04 :

Green Bursa City Tour

You'll be picked up from your hotel by your guide and driver then start your tour.

Places to be visited:

YALOVA, GRAND MOSQUE, MOUNTAIN ULUDAG CABLE CAR RIDE, BURSA SILK MARKET, BURSA GRAND BAZAAR.

Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.

After your tour ends you'll be transferred back to your hotel.

Yalova

Yalova is located in the south-eastern part of the Marmara region in north-western Turkey. You'll have a chance to see it through our ferry ride to Yalova from Istanbul.

Grand Mosque (Ulu Cami)

One of the historical symbols of Bursa, it was built by the Ottoman Sultan Bayezid I. There is no definite finding that gives the construction date of the mosque.

Cable Car Ride to Mount Uludag

We'll take a cable car ride to the peak of Mount Uludağ, offering breathtaking views of Bursa and its surrounding landscapes. Enjoy the scenic ride as you ascend to the summit of this majestic mountain.

You'll have free time in Uludag Mountain.

Bursa Silk Market

A historical covered bazaar. You'll have chance to explore the shops and admire the wide array of silk products, textiles, and traditional handicrafts available.

Bursa Grand Bazaar

You'll enjoy some free time to explore the bustling Bursa Grand Bazaar. Wander through its vibrant alleys, interact with local vendors, and shop for souvenirs, spices, textiles, and more.
