Essential Information
✔ Kindly report to the location at least 30 minutes before the activity begins.
✔ The yacht-activity will remain available on the mentioned time slots. Extensions are a strict no.
✔ Please refrain from bringing outside food or drinks to the yacht.
✔ The dress code for the activity is smart casuals.

How to Reach?
✔ The departing location of the Xclusive Superyacht is Dubai Harbor. You can take public transport to reach the location. Alternatively, optional private transfers are available with us for hassle-free pickup and drop-off.

Good to Know
✔ It is compulsory for the guests to keep wearing life jackets, especially when the guard asks the guests to do so.
✔ Please don’t litter in the water since it is strictly against the law.
✔ Kindly do not exceed the number of guests as mentioned while booking.
✔ Do not bring outside food or drinks when coming for the activity.
✔ Guests below 21 years old must join the activity with a mature adult above 21.
✔ The dress code for the activity is casual and comfortable clothes. Do not wear inappropriate outfits.
✔ Smoking is strictly prohibited on the yacht.
✔ Please do not bring your pets on the yacht.
✔ Cancellations due to poor weather conditions, mechanical breakdowns, or importations of new rules will be 100% refundable.

Cancellation Policy
✔ Any cancellations made before 24 hours of the scheduled activity won’t attract any charges.
✔ If you cancel the bookings within 24 hours of the activity, we will levy a 100% cancellation charge.
✔ The refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within 7-14 business days (if eligible).

Child Policy
✔ Kids below 3 years old can join the activity for free.
✔ Children between 3 and 10 years old must pay the child rate for the tickets.
✔ Children above 10 must pay the standard rate for the tickets.
